The Mag Lok prevents mag release and therefore "fixes" it, but if you have this, you can quickly release the upper to rotate a crack, and then the thing can be pressed to release the mag.

Seems like noncompliance to me but how much checking is going on in the wilds way up inside the blue line in the park, way back up the roads, like where we spend summer and fall?  All my neighbors up there that shoot are amongst the 98 percent of northwoods types that did not register their ARs when SAFE happened.
