So it looks like this passed (SB19) and not many people know or have talked about it.

It looks like it makes it illegal to discriminate against gun stores and companies in Texas just because they deal in guns.

My state senator wrote it. It limits any governments in Texas from doing more than $100,000 in business with companies that push an anti-gun agenda.

One thing it looks like the bill does is keeps any government entity from doing business with banks like B of A and Wells Fargo.

That easily could force out some banks from dealing with such simple things as clearing accounts with the state.
