The Bolivar side is where it all started and where there will be the most people. Untill this post I did not know there was a topless weekend gathering anywhere else.

Drive down the beach last night. I'm alive! Mostly groups camping. Families too. I'm the only classic. I'm in my 1978 cj.

Good News is that even with a big crowd of Red Necks, Souped up Vehicles, Beer & Texas Sun, there will be far fewer arrests, stabbings & shootings that at the "Kappa" weekend in Galveston...

MrsJoeMama expressed some interest going down there until there was that big blow up a few years ago. She would pack up and drive home rather than endure that kind of stuff. Still, I need to make the drive with her one year, early, before Spring Break and do an overnight.
