Publix was limiting 1 package per person for TP and PT's, being handed out in the back of the store near the double doors stockroom. It's a hit and miss crappy situation.

I'm the meat manager at the winndixie in palm beach gardens. Our paper goods never make it to the shelf. The pallets are brought out to the aisle and they're gone within minutes.

Here's the straight poop. WalMart gets their trucks in the late afternoon, early evening. Same thing. They have been rolling them out and letting people pick through them.

OP...try Dollar General. The local walmarts near me are bare of TP but Dollar General still has tons.

A buddy at work told me to go to the ghetto and try Dollar General and some of the other small stores. I drove all around Riviera Beach and ZERO hits for TP.
I gotta believe eventually the local Publix in Jupiter (1 of 3) will get some and people will stop hoarding. I did find some baby wipes at the Sprouts on Military & Frederick Small. Could be a good go to when all else fails. For now, I'm trying to save my Monday thru Friday constitutionals for the workplace. We are an essential so we're open. |

Quoting myself, lol. Noticed a minor trend at a Publix near me concerning the timing of availability which seems to occur around 11:00am, as I am 3 for 3 with a day or two in between finding TP/PT. I stopped by earlier around 9:00 and nothing, happened to poke my head in there at about 11:30 and once again they were dishing it out one package at a time. Grabbed one PT and left the TP for others as I have about 60 bulk rolls of it at home. |

This thread is good. Unfortunately by the time I would post who had what by me, the stores are out prior to me leaving them. People swarm over it. It is a kind of a funny thing, as tp was never in short supply before all the craziness. I am surprised the bulk stores, during this time, take the bundle packs of tp and sell only part of the smaller sealed packages. So instead of buying 45 rolls,(5 individual packages of 9 rolls) you would only be able to get 1 individual package of 9 rolls. Granted they are printed with "not for sale individually", but still.

Here's what we do at my store ( winndixie in palm beach gardens): grocery deliveries are Monday, Thursday and Saturday. We set aside cases of papertowels and toilet paper to put out the following morning for "senior hour" between 8am and 9am. If you come in Tuesday, Friday or Sunday morning you will almost certainly find some.

When all else fails try Amazon. I went on amazon two weeks ago when we had the mini shtf drill and toilet paper was nowhere to be found and ordered some. Fedex delivered a box of toilet paper yesterday, so we have enough for at least 2-3 months!
