My pick would be Mercy, which is just down the street from all those places (between 9th and 10th).  Great food, nice atmosphere.  There's a lounge in the basement, and a pretty good patio.

Not sure how much time you're planning to spend in Minneapolis or what you like doing.  There are a bunch of random shops and stuff in the different buildings (jewelers, tobacconist, etc.).  There's an escape room a couple blocks away.  Dakota's got live music every night, if you want something to do afterwards.
