Wolf has made this whole thing political. Can anyone shed light on Beaver county specifically the nursing home?  It sounds like his administration has been negligent in handling complaints about them housing Covid patients with people who haven't tested positive for it.

Thanks

https://www.pahomepage.com/top-stories/governor-wolf-calls-counties-reopening-against-orders-deserters/

Wolf showing that he doesn't intend to change his mind about his timeline for reopening counties.  He even said that counties that take it upon themselves to open earlier than his schedule may not get discretionary funding.

Fucking asshole.

Congressman Fred Keller has a good response to Wolf's announcement. (in the article)

Maybe it's still better for people to petition their county officials to open things up and forego whatever funding Wolf plans to deny.  Future funding won't get people back to their incomes now.

Still waiting to hear something from Wayne County.

I was both surprised and proud to see Lebanon Co. give Wolf the finger.
Now let's get some ranges open!

Dauphin and Berks Counties got cold feet and will not contravene our Dictator's Decree.

Has anyone called their county commissioners to pressure them to reopen?

Unfortunately we cannot, as there is no provision for a recall in the state constitution, something which should be remedied pretty damn fast, so it can be used later as needed.

I know they're pushing for impeachment now.

Towns and certain businesses are open in Fayette County.  They have had enough.  This county went through decades of poverty, the people don't want to see that again.

Beaver County opened friday in defiance of the Gov. We are slated to move to "Yellow" on 5/22.

I was out yesterday and almost every business was open. LOTS of people out. Great to see things getting back to normal.

Actually there is a provision for recall. There are actually several.

1. Ballistic recall
2. 5/8ths Manila recall
3.  Tar and feather recall.
4. Others

These were used with varying degrees of success years ago and are still being used in places. I am not going to advocate either way but I daresay that We, the People have a God given right to hire and fire our leaders.

This was even confirmed by a United States President that said our freedoms were guaranteed by four boxes. The soap box, the ballot box, the jury box and the cartridge box.

Some of you people don't realize it but any of you that showed up at Richmond 1/20/20 were a part of making something interesting happen.

It was the first time the governor fled the Capitol since Grant took Richmond.

I'd bet that if you could get 100K plus to show up at Harrisburg demanding he take a walk he'd smarten up RIGHT FUCKING NOW.

Torches and pitchforks optional.
