The new bill goes into effect on Jan.18 concerning the chaining of dogs. This little graphic was put out by our local PD on FB. All of the news articles I could find about it talked more about Abbott vetoing the bill the first time around then signing it in a special session. I'm sure we will hear complaints from the usual suspects.
