Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - The Bump Stock controversy may be headed for a final resolution.

DOJ is planning an appeal of their loss in the "Cargill" case which was the decision of the 5th Federal Circuit Court that makes Bump Stocks legal in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Some people think this case could result in a closer examination by the US Supreme Court of the policy-making excesses by the ATF and other federal executive branch agencies.

I've never been a fan of bumpstocks but never should have been "illegal" by king decree or at all
