We just returned from South Carolina.  The people were just fantastic.  The respect and honors paid to my son and the rest of the family were very much appreciated.

My wife is still very interested in possibly retiring to the Sumter area.  I still like the wide open spaces of the Southwest deserts.  But we will see.  I want to build a workshop and model railroad.  Getting a piece of property that can accommodate both of those is also something I want to do.  So SC is still very much in the running.
