Gentlepersons,

I have an older (like new) Shellback plate carrier that I want to have the shoulder buckles removed and replaced w/ a velcro strap set-up.  
The current buckle location is just were I want to mount the rifle and results in a very unstable rifle, the butt wanting to "slide" off the bulge.

Any info is appreciated.

In Tucson, we have Mendel's Wife the Tailor at or near some Sparkles Cleaners locations.

If they can't do the work, they will know who can.

A saddle shop or upholstery shop might do it too.
