Although i have encountered some somewhat confusing regulations related to Corp of Engineer property and TWRA lakes, I believe that Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-17-1307 allows for handgun carry permit holders to possess a gun in their vehicle, privately owned boat, and recreation areas where launch of said boat will occur.   It seems clear, at least to me.

Has anyone ever been stopped by TWRA or other law enforcement while carrying in a boat, marina, or launch area, and if so was their any confusion or question about the right to carry?
