I've followed the California cases like Duncan pretty closely and it's usually two to four years.
Even with the SCOTUS decision, don't hold your breath. It's likely the 9th Circuit will drag it out. I wouldn't expect anything this year. |

It seems possible the 9th could just allow the Benitez decision to stand, thus only affecting California, I believe. Sullivan v Ferguson then could take a while to play out. I really have no idea though. |

His vids are good, I wish he'd provide a timeline of when we could expect to see movement or a resolution |

One of the options is aparently he can lift it and the 9th wont fight it. Something like that. Its explained better here....  An End To The California "Large Capacity" Magazine Ban!!! Duncan v.
