Hey guys, I'd like to sell an AR to a buddy. Complete rifle, former BB lower, now fixed mag.

I'm GTG on the transfer at my FFL, right? I haven't stayed up on the transfer laws.

To confirm you changed it to a fixed mag and DID NOT register as a AW correct? If so Think you are good. I'm under the impression that if it was registered as a AW it is not transferable within the state.
