Does anyone know if anyone near Otsego county carries them?  Or someone who wouldn't be opposed to transferring in a complete lower. (leo exempt end user)

I think scratch that. I just can't make it work. Even having 90% of the parts to complete it, I still can't do it for less than I can get a complete Aero right now. I guess I need someone who will receive one instead.
