Does anyone know the process for revoking the election to receive mail-in ballots?  I can find the guidance on how to vote in person if you've received a mail in ballot, but nothing about how to stop them from sending.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I looked and could not find anything.

I would call my county Supervisor of Elections and ask.

I have always had to request a vote-by-mail ballot.  Are you saying you get an actual ballot (not a sample ballot) sent automatically?

Looks like Senate Bill 90 takes care of that for you automatically.
