A lovely [CoC] state trooper billed me for 87 in a 65, anyone local with connections to the Prosecutors office or knows a good attorney?

The State trooper also attempted to intimidate me over my pistol that was LOCKED in a console vault, underneath my middle bench seat proclaiming it was "readily accessible" insinuating I was illegally concealing a handgun.
