Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Southgate Community Center "No Guns" Signs

The City of Southgate is a small city in Northern Ky., near Covington. Yesterday they had a "No Guns" sign near the front entrance of their Community Center. Today I sent an email to Southgate Mayor Jim Hamberg. My email had a picture of the sign, a brief summary of the law and a link to the full text of KRS 65.870 from the website of Ky.'s legislature  By noon, I received an email from the Southgate City Attorney saying that all signs like that will be removed. This was easy, anybody could do it, it took less than 15 mins. We don't have to put up with cities and counties treating us like criminals. We don't have to try to sneak our guns into places where they should be welcome. I refuse to try to work around these things. I demand that they be done correctly.
