Doesn't seen to be NY compliant.

Unless, the fixed mag is not counted as a total, but individual capacity??

Magazines rotate, so depends on individual tubes capacity when aligned... could qualify in the way a Keltec does.

Based upon my brief viewing of the linked video it appears that you must rotate the tubular magazine assembly to access the additional shell capacity. I think it might pass muster with the Unsafe Act.

It looks like each tube holds 5 rounds based upon the stated 15 + 1 capacity.

265.22 g(iii) a semiautomatic shotgun that cannot hold more than five rounds of ammunition in a fixed or detachable magazine;

Interesting. Maybe.

Video stated that when a tube is dry, it holds an open bolt, and when the mag is rotated to a new tube, the action automatically strips and chambers the next round.
Wonder if that changes it from a per tube, to total capacity issue.

Yep, that makes a big difference in fact. Semi auto puts the shotty into "assault weapon" territory.

It's not a revolver. The gun has (3) 5-round fixed tube magazines.

I’ve been wondering about this the past few days.
Technically it should be ok, 3 separate 5rd internal mag tubes that must be manually repositioned before they will function.
But In NY..... who knows.

Per NY unsafe semi-auto shotgun is gtg with 7 round capacity, the one bone left for us dogs with the semi shotty.

Yes and no

Pump negates the 7 rd limit specifically for semi shotguns.

It absolutely does not negate the TEN round 'large cap ammo feed device' law.

Only claiming that 2 7 round mags does not equal 1 14 round mag gets around that.

Also since it's a pump it doesn't matter if the mags are ruled detachable or fixed as long as they are ruled multiple mags.

For the IWI they have to be ruled both multiple and fixed to be legal.
I have some trouble conceptually with multiple and fixed :)

It follows the letter of the law. You have to manually change tubes, that's the same thing that saves the KSG. As long as they are 5 round tubes you should be totally good to go, and pistol grips are legal on semi-shotguns (just cant have any evil folding stocks or thumbhole stocks)
