Didn’t hear anything about it. Mills River is not the sleepy farm community it once was and is changing very quickly. There was an armed robbery at the car wash on Friday night the 16th. Black dude and white girl robbed someone at gun point and then fled. Fletcher police saw the car, chase ensued and they crashed into someone else and ran. They are both caught and locked up, no surprise he was charged as a felon with a firearm.
