Questions been asked before. However I am unable to locate it.

Am I able to ship a rail 9.5 to CA ?
A simple yes or no would work or reference.

No CA knowledge here, but I'm not sure what you are trying to ship.

Rail 9.5? Do you mean a 9.5 inch barrel with a rail handguard? Some more description would help the CA guys answer your question.

I have a Geissele rail 9.5 that I am wanting to ship. No barrel just the rail.

Handguards, railed or otherwise, are just parts and may be sent directly to the customer.

Lower receivers have to be sent to an FFL.

Totally legal and fine to ship an upper or any part thereof direct to CA address. We have some pretty crazy laws, but uppers are legal in any config. What the recip does with it is where the law starts or stops.

I have a complete Sig MCX 9" upper with the stock muzzle device and a buyer in California ...

Is it legal to ship to California ?
