Legal to send a magnified optic (Vortex scope) to California? Not Nv or laser. Just a Vortex type scope.

Yes, you can ship any optics/lights/lasers you want to California, (even EVIL sniper scopes, that only applies to gen zero night vision and only when mounted to a firearm)

The anti-gun propaganda has worked.  There has been a "chilling effect" on interstate trade.

Many shops won't ship certain things to California.  Others won't sell ANYTHING to California.

Heck, you cannot even advertise on the internet for fear of reaching "children" under the age of 18.

They have succeeded in creating a "climate of fear" for selling anything firearms related into California.  

All that at a time when we need more guns in the hands of law abiding citizens, not fewer.

There are only three things to be concerned about selling into California - magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, ammunition of any type (even rimfire) and "assault weapons".  

Most available AR-15's are okay.  It's just completed firearms that qualify as "assault weapons" and certain lower receivers named on the list.  

Parts, including complete upper receivers and sights of all types, are okay to sell.

Even then, there are exceptions for law enforcement who CAN buy these items.
