Is it still legal for individuals to sell and ship .223/5.56mm ammo by the case to NY residents?
I found one ammo thread here that said "YES", but would like to confirm with the resident experts. Thank you!! |

Technically legal for anyone to ship ammo into NY. There are some retailers that realize that, too. Unless someone has some other info that I'm not aware of...
