Out of state, I am active duty.

Buddy wants my car, plated in WA, we both live in TX.

The title has been stamped by my bank releasing all interest in the car.

I have never sold a car before. What am I missing?

You give him the signed off title, a bill of sale and the car keys.

You pay the state of wa $13.25 to report the sale

He registers it in TX
