I saw a nice Beretta 1301 and it wasn't marked Mil/Leo. There were other pews in another case marked Mil/Leo but not this one.
As far as I know the pistol grip stock is a no go with the extended mag tube. Not being a nanny, I like the f'ing thing and would love to pick one up in this configuration. I think my feelz were teased.

Sadly it would be banned to we peasants if the magazine can hold more than 5 rounds.
 (C) A semiautomatic shotgun that has at least two of the following: (i) A folding or telescoping stock; (ii) A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon; (iii) A fixed magazine capacity in excess of five rounds; and (iv) An ability to accept a detachable magazine; or Not everyone knows the minutia of the AWB's or that the old one still applies. Could be they forgot to tag that shottie as "LE only" or the tag was hidden/fell off. |

You should check out pump-action Mossberg 590M with 10 round detachable magazine. It looks like a beast and legal in CT.

Get that version and if you move just swap furniture out

I just got the Langdon Tactical version of the 1301. CT friendly and sweeeeeeeeeet.
And…pistol grips on shotguns are for sissies. |
