I've seen others on the interstate but they always have out of state plates on them. Today one was tooling around town and it had a Kentucky license plate on it. For those not familiar it is the stupid trend of jacking up the front end way high and dropping the back end. It creates about a 100' blind spot in front the vehicle. It started in South Carolina from what I've heard. Kentucky has no laws on bumper height or difference in height between front and rear bumpers, so from that stand point it is perfectly legal. There is a KRS on obstructed view which something like this should qualify as.
