They had started repairing the hull last fall and had to stop for winter. They're planning on patching and pumping it out.
Wonder what itd take to build a damn around the three ships, build a concrete stand under each and drain it. Probably way too much $$$ |

The could probably get grant money for a statue of female sailors armed with a strap on dildo but not money for honoring a fighting vessel.
