There was an article in the STL post disgrace a week or two ago whining about it too. Plus that loser in O'Fallon that claimed to resign over it.
Just like this article, it referenced how it was just about and now just did become law in late August. Unless some judge blocked it, there was an emergency clause in it, so it become law in a few months ago when the governor signed it. So SAPA has been around for at least two months and the sky hasn't fallen yet. |
