lol. law makes it just like a gun. cant carry it, only allowed on property you own or lease or a business you own lease or work at..

Didn’t NOLO just win a Federal lawsuit last year about tasers? Massachusetts maybe? And the ruling said something along the lines of “they can be carried by any lawful person”?
Or am I wrong? ETA: not that NY cares about case law and Federal rulings... |
