Wife grew up there.  Her family is all still there.  I lived there for a couple of years.  It was growing some while oil/gas was booming but that seems pretty much all shut down now.  They did pick up some additional retail/dining options while that was happening.  Lots of outdoor activity options.  Short drive to Flaming Gorge if you like to fish.  Head north to the Wind River mountains.  Lots of hunting in the area.
