Just got the alert.  Starting tonight at 8 pm until the 3rd in richmond and the 4th in vab.  

Next few days not allowed on the streets. Except for to/from work and ems type folks.

Norfolk has been quiet, and happily so. They are protesting but they are keeping it peaceful. Props to the police chief for that.
