Doing an overnight trip next week w/the other half. Haven't been to either in years. Which would be more fun? Not looking to sit on the beach all day.

Also, can anyone recommend any decent places to stay at either?

Dewey if you like night life, bars with bands.  Under 55 crowd usually.  Can get crowded.   Jolly Trolley between Dewey and Rehoboth so you can park it and forget it.  Runs until 2am.

Rehoboth for a more shops and nice restaurants. Boardwalk.   Jolly Trolley

OC if you want to pay taxes on everything like PA
