I wrapped in tight to shoot the offhand shot. Kinda like this. Without the sling.  It isn’t tacticool but I can hit at 3-400 using this technique. |

No offense, but none of your reasoning makes any sense whatsoever. Youre messing with your trigger pull and cheek weld. Only time it should be collapsed that short is vehicle work or ECQB (IMHO). Makes little to no sense for a 100yd shot unsupported in an open field. Just my $.02. |
