I had a decent one thrown in as a "freebie" after my motorcycle accident in 2013.  Was done at the Healthpartners specialty center on Phalen, but can't remember if it was the 435 or 401 buildings as I had a bunch of appointments at both.

My wife had both hands done last January/February at Orthopedic Specialists in Edina.  Small incision (1/4” or so) in each wrist, nothing at all on the palms.  She was relegated to light duty for a month or so, and recovery to 100% probably took 2 months.  She now has no issues with her hands, after many years of CTS.  Cost was around $2200/hand, as I recall.  Insurance deductible is $5k, so it was more or less out of pocket.  Definitely worth it.

First you have to find a doc.  And, see where they operate at? Surgical Centers? Hospitals?
That guides your place of actual surgery
