Looking for a few recommendations for a traffic lawyer in Rapid City for a car accident.

Friends 22-ish daughter was involved in a car accident.  Pulled out from a side road on to a four lane road with a turn lane in the middle.  Car on four lane changes lanes without signaling and daughter hits it.  Cars damaged, no injuries.  I believe the daughter is at fault.

Daughter goes to court (first time, by herself), and is charged with "FAILURE TO MAKE PROPER STOP AT STOP INTERSECTION (M2)".   Said she was given two options: Guilty or Not Guilty - no discussion - no "here's what this means".  She plead not guilty because she had stopped at the stop sign. She's lost, has no clue what would have happened if she plead guilty.  She goes back in a few weeks for "Dispositional Conference".

She's alone, in over her head, and really should talk to a lawyer.

Any good lawyer recommendations would be appreciated.  

A few good female driver jokes would be great too :)

If she had been in the kitchen making sammiches where she belongs, she wouldn't be in this predicament!

Damn right people post stuff like that, this is arfcom after all! On a related note, some lady rear ended me in Rapid City several months ago. Lucky for me that my trailer hitch ball made enough stand off distance so the only damage to my vehicle was to the plastic bumper panel. Her car on the other hand did not fare so well. I actually thanked her for having insurance- coming from Las Vegas you are most likely to get hit by a drunk illegal with no insurance.
