You really aren't very good at this are you.  Where do you get your news.  Likely the granite grok, but you drool too much through your bite guard that you can't see the screen to read it.  Or is it sucking off those Dave Ridley or "Bitcoin Gandhi" clowns.   I suggest that you go over to NES where there is a small rabid band on anti Sununu folks.  You can go lock yourselves in a closet and decry constitutional carry, vetoed taxes, and vetoed anti 2A bills.  

The "budget" HB1 and its trailer omnibus HB2 was never about firearms or the 2A.  

The bill for 2A protections and which would have turned the state into a 2A sanctuary was SB154.

SB154 started out as a vague and conceptual bill in the Senate with sponsors from both bodies of the state legislature.  A feel good bill which made a statement and it passed the Senate on 04/01/2021.

The House took up SB154, made it much more specific with an amendment, and it passed the House on 06/03/2021.  

As with all amended bills, the original body had to concur or non concur with the amendment.  The Senate non concurred with the House's amendment.  No problem as they appointed a Committed of Conference(coc) to iron out the details.

On 06/16/2021 Senators Bradley, Carson, and Daniels along with Representatives Abbas, Lynn, Osborne, and Wallace sat down and discussed the bill in the coc.  What came out of that, was an agreement to hold onto the specificity of the House's amendment, but also added its own garbage amendment which negated and actually did the opposite of the bill's intent.  See output of coc here:  pdf link  Go see what GOA of NH posted on it.  If you wanted that thing to pass, you're as anti 2A as my liberal neighbor.  

On 06/24/2021 during the session day, SB154 was wisely and overwhelmingly(354-19) tabled so as to reject the outcome of the coc.  Why might you ask?  Well for the donkey show folks it cuz gunzs, but for the conservatives it is to save the bill from the coc amendment.  

What you need to do is this:
1.  be a little smarter than you have displayed on this board since 2004.
2.  Get informed and get involved.  
a.  Subscribe to and maybe donate to pro 2A organizations such as NHFC(who needs to update their website) or GOA-NH.
b.  Talk to your elected officials.  Preferably in a more informed and disciplined manner than you display here.  Ask your Representatives to revive SB154, but strip out the coc amendment.
3.  If any of the members of House or Senate mentioned above and were members of the coc are your elected officials, you need to express to them how disappointed you are in them that they ruined SB154.  Do they face reelection and do they need to be primaried out?  
4.  Continue to stay on top of pending legislation by visiting the NH General Court website, viewing the bills, viewing the Senate and House calendars & discussions on them, and reaching out to committee members(not the coc, but the committees within the House and Senate) when a bill is being discussed in committee.  Once again, speak in a more informed and disciplined manner.  As a warning, your name and your support may become part of public record.
5.  Watch session days.  It is informative.  If you're not home, turn the closed captioning on and review when you get back.  
6.  Stop with your dumbass trolling.  Nobody really cares what you say or reads your drivel because you're a broken record.
