2021 is going to be a shitshow of a year for gun rights. Energized by the inablity for us to pack the state house with thousands of gun rights activists as in years past it's even more important to make sure that our voices are heard.
YOU NEED TO CALL AND WRITE YOUR REPRESENATIVES AND OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS THIS YEAR. NO EXCUSES.

Doing nothing is unacceptable. if this crap passes and you didn't at least try it's your fault. We have a couple of good groups in RI with active, smart, strategic thinking leadership. They work together, as we al should. One thing that the leftist communist gun grabbing assholes have is organization. We need to be united, especially publicly.
SHOOT ME A MESSAGE IF I'M MISSING ANYTHING.

NOTICE FROM THE RI 2A COALITION:
Urgent Firearms Defense Information
Legislative call to action! For Immediate release February 2nd 2021
The time to act is now if you want to save your gun rights!
The legislative session is shaping up to be even worse than expected due to the strategic placement of anti-gun legislators on the Judiciary Committees. The Progressives are also using COVID-19 to change the rules. Currently, there will be no in-person testimony which limits your right to be heard. Testimony will be conducted by Phone.
There is a full lineup of egregious bills ready to be introduced and they have enough votes to PASS THEM ALL! Large capacity magazine bans, Assault Weapons Ban, Gun Free Zones, Limits on ammo purchases, Bans on certain ammo, Registration of all Firearms.just to name a few.
Here is what you need to do immediately:
Call, email and send handwritten letters to the Speaker, Senate President, Lt Governor, House and Senate Judiciary members and your local Senators and Representatives. All contact information is attached.
Club Presidents, board members and store owners it is imperative that you utilize your positions in your letters to bring forth the value your club or business offers to your local communities such as fundraisers, conservation, community service, tax revenue along with everything you contribute to the well-being of all citizens.
We are not going to win by touting the same old 2nd Amendment message. While many of these people are anti-gun, many are still pro small business and passionate on environmental issues. We must emphasize this and rebrand ourselves as the most valuable asset in Rhode Island! We need to shout this out any way possible to our legislators, our neighbors, co-workersletters to the editor, calling in to talk shows, anyway you can.
There is a bit of good news to sharethe Anti-gun movement is doing a petition, because "their guys" are in office they have become presumptuous and lax, their petition has only managed to acquire 10 signatures. It's time to cut them off at the knees and prove once and for all we are NOT THE MINORITY! Attached you will find a petition. Make copies and get every signature you can in the next 7 days so we can send it to the Legislators and let them know WE THE PEOPLE demand to be heard!
The tools you need to start the fight are attached, if you have any questions please contact us at
[email protected] If you would like to volunteer or have any information such as statistics, marketing ideas, dirt on candidates, anything that will help us fight please send it.
There are more firearms owners in Rhode Island than gun-control activists. If we all join forces now, we can stop them from taking our Second Amendment rights.

As many of you know we have had some poorly drafted legislation become law over the law five years, ranging from firearms seizers to outright bans on certain devices.
More recently we have seen inconsistencies across the state regarding the processing of firearms purchase approvals and denials. In addition, we still have a handful of police departments refusing to process CCW applications as required by law. In 2019 a defense fund was established through the Rhode Island Firearm Owners' League to address these very types of issues in our state.
