Last Saturday we hunted all day and didn’t see a thing at some private land we have access to. I know Camp Belden is a youth only option, and that’s only about half an hour from us. Spencer is pretty high pressure, and he’s very new to the activity. Where would you guys suggest within 45min to an hour from Berea? Dorset wildlife area. |

I had to Google Maps Berea to the Dorset area. Grand River Wildlife Area seems to be around the 1 hour mark from Berea. Anyone ever hunted rabbits there? |

A day in the woods with my kids is worth an hour and a half if necessary. 1,000 acres is a substantial piece of land.

Grand River is NEO, as is West Branch and Berlin. Grand River is by far the largest. |

Right around the corner from resthaven is pickerel creek wildlife area also.
Completely forgot about it. milan wildlife area is another one. |
