The SPC has increased the risk of tornadoes across SC during the day tomorrow. Most of SC is now included in a 10% hatched area for significant tornadoes (EF-2 to EF-5). Please be weather aware and have a plan in place now. #scwx pic.twitter.com/gzTraOBSRO

Yesterday's forecast called for all of this mess to have moved out and offshore by 8pm. Not hardly.

Fortunately it's been raining much since this morning which the weatherman said would help stabilize the atmosphere lessening the chances of something really sporty. While the "mass" is still to the WSW a lot of this stuff is starting to break up as it reaches our area. Hoping it stays that way.

After a day of partial sun on Friday the potential for rough stuff returns on Saturday.

All good on james island. My buddy did uber eats down town and killed it last night. Places were saying shes the only one that could get to em.
By the end of the night she counted 14 Stuck/hydrolocked/left behind cars.

Saturday forecast has now gone from MORE RAIN to SUNNY SKIES. I like that.
