I like how in that article, the supervisors are throwing shade for Ross.

She's the elected Recorder, and Elections are a direct part of the Recorders office, but she's so busy being the Recorder, that she doesn't have time to supervise who is running Elections, who Ross, the Recorder, is the boss of.

And, as a reward for her incompetence, the Pinal BOS lets her resign her elected position, that she now knows she will never get re-elected to, and give her the appointed Elections Director post, that she already mis-managed.

Ross has been County Recorder since 2013.  She ran two elections without issue.

My wife is a Judge at one of the Apache Junction precincts.
She said they ran out of Republican ballots about 12 noon and it took about 2.5 hours to get more sent.
They did Not run out of Socialist (democrat ) ballots and actually had around 20 left at end of the night

Katie Hobbs is the current Sec of State, it is her job to make sure this sorta thing does Not happen.
Katie Hobbs just won her bid to run for Governor,,,,,,,,,,, Kari Lake better make a Huge deal over the fact
that if Katie Hobbs cannot/did not do her job as Sec of State how can she possibly be an effective/honest/
efficient AZ Governor.
