Because republicans are stupid.

Got to realize, the Judges get contributions and that make their rulings what they are......or there is nepotism ....witness that, little me got into Dist. Court where the adverse attny / judge were about to French kiss ! Well, guess who worked me over? two or so years later an honest exiting attny explained those love bugs... the attny suing me had hired a little fart attny that was the judge son in law.... wat a deal..!!!!.. well, after a staged drma or so, I suffered the verdict put me in bankruptcy.... did not file for it, but it was that ! They are all playtime pals, never answer for their doings..... they love their stage plays, payola, fringe bribes, you name it ! what a gig ! the media is a lap puppy dog for them.... am too old to worry more, as folks only fix what they feel .... and therefore should get it good and hard ! This may be our best chance to get Constitutional Carry passed. The Republicans lost no seats in the last election, it is a plank in the Texas Republican Party, we have a speaker who is honestly friendly to gun rights, having been the sponsor of gun fights bills.
Keep up e mail Phelan asking for a floor vote and to appoint a pro-gun chair to Homeland Security. Don’t expect a response but his office staff is adding up how many are for and how many are against. |

Finally got a letter today from Phelan on the email I sent back in mid Jan about this issue.
His response is essentially a "fuck off". |
