Any shops (not necessarily gun shops) in CT do parkerizing in-house? I have a bolt carrier that needs a refinish so an FFL is not a requirement.

MMF does. But I'm not sure if they would do an individual part. You can try

If Modern Metal Finishing is no help on a single piece, try Parker Gunsmithing in Bethel. Looks like he offers manganese phosphate parkerizimg.
