Individuals may leave their residence only to perform any of the following allowable individual activities and allowable essential travel:
*Engaging in outdoor activity, such as walking, hiking or running if they maintain social distancing Why would they be told to shut down outdoor shooting? Seems it would be allowed especially if you distance. |

According to the VCDL, the DHS just declared shooting to be essential. We forwarded that to PSA and are hoping they reopen

Man, I would LOVE to shoot sporting clays this weekend. ALL of the clubs are closed for shotgun shoots.
Hell, I'd even shoot trap if available. This shutdown is a bummer. I was able to do some pistol shooting today. HHA is still keeping the outdoor ranges open. I think that Hummelstown is, as well. |

Yeah Carlisle Fish and Game has been shut down ever since the order. Liberal BS. Outdoors is outdoors.
Never have that many people at the rifle/pistol range when I have gone to cause lack of social distancing but with everybody off I would imagine that it could be a problem.

My brother and I wanted to take my buddy and his girlfriend to the range to shoot pistol.
She has all of the beginner female issues (like leaning back away from the gun) and I was hoping to help her out. She also bought the wrong gun, but that's another story.
