Range safety update.

We are aligning our match long gun rules to those of Rio Salado multigun and SMM3G matches. December will be a grace month for below items.

1. Carrying a long gun around out of a case will no longer be allowed. This goes for the parking area, and in between stages.

2. PRGC will be requiring the use of long gun cases, and empty chamber devices (chamber flags) starting January 1st, 2019.

3. Gun carts are allowed, and we will be providing an case/uncasing area for you to place and remove the long gun from its case to place or remove it from your cart.

4. Going forward, casing/uncasing long guns in the parking area will be a match DQ as a safety infraction.  Please make use of the case/uncasing area for long guns and gun carts.

5. Empty chamber devices will be required going forward.  We will have chamber flags for sale at a reasonable rate for those who do not already have one.

Starting January 1st, 2019 all of the above will be mandatory.

new shotgun division added.

No limits on optics, lasers, and lighting devices.  No capacity limits. No other limits.

This is a specific division for those people who do not have a 3gun "gamer" shotgun but still want to get out and shoot.

For certain the match is on!

the new rules is because PRGC has traditional been a pistol match location. the pistol guys freak out about long guns out of cases. so... we had to institute measures so the pistol guys freak out less.  It just is what it is.

Long gun cases and chamber flags are the new norm.
