So Im a jeep guy that like to offroad in the uwharrie national forrest. I live in SC and have SC and Utah cwp’s. Do you guys have state wide preemption laws or is it city to city? I take 26 to 95 then smaller roads. On my drive i usually stop once or twice for gas before getting to the el dorado outpost in troy, nc. All food I pack in or drive through on the way. Thanks.

Yes NC has state preemption laws and the NC supreme court has ruled in State v. Dawson that a person has perfect liberty to carry his gun.
