Rifles = 2
Shotguns = 0
Unknown Firearms = 49
Knives = 20
Other = 19
Hands/fists/feet = 3

For some reason NM doesn't report what kind of firearm was used in 49 murders.  But, if you divide up the number of unknown firearms by percentage you get

Handguns = 20/(20+2+0)*49 = 65
Rifles = 2/(20+2+0)*49 =6
Shotguns = 0

None of that will matter to those people. The powers that be are dead set that civilians be disarmed, and their useful idiots parrot the response.

One side believes it's for safety, the other side wants to enact governmental control over everything and knows that an armed populace is in the way.

Guns are the number one enemy of politicians because guns change goverments, not votes. They know it, we know it, everyone else are just useful idiots.
