Mines dark as fuck. The couple times Ive been pulled over I roll all the windows down and turn lights on if at night. Never had a ticket for it yet

SO how does this exactly work? Doesnt state law supersede local laws of the same type? Like cities bs gun laws are null and void when state law addresses the same thing?
Had a cop on local TV practically orgasmic about ticketing people at red lights who were on their phones. |
