I come bearing sad news.  

I'm posting here in KY hometown because I know some of y'all in Northern KY and Southern Ohio, Cincinnati area, all know each other well.

John Murphy/Sheepturd was close friends with Mark/Joker1 and a friend to Semper Fi Dog Rescue.  His wife reached out to Jordan (Semper Fi Dog Rescue) and requested that we let the Arfcom community know of his passing.

Apparently he was playing Xbox at home, had a heart attack, and paramedics were unable to revive him on scene.

He leaves behind his wife and a young (son I think)

His wife has specifically requested that NOTHING be shared on facebook about the funeral arrangements.  Apparently there is someone who might try to attend and be disruptive due to past drama.

The obit will say the service is private, but she wanted you all to know, and all of you are welcome.


John's service is Saturday, Nov 19, 2022.

Visitation is 10-11 am

Service is at 11.

@APEMANWITHFERALDOG  I don't know his age...but I think he was relatively young.  This came out of the blue, according to his wife.  No previous health issues.


Very sad.

He had a Semper Fi dog, too.
