Planning a trip to N. Topsail beach to hunt shark teeth. I know the beaches are open but I'm getting conflicting info about parking and public access facilities.

We usually go to the big public access facility, just inside Onslow county. Wondering if anyone knows if this location is open, ie: bathrooms.

I don't mind wading into the ocean to piss, but my better half is not a fan of doing it if there are better options.
