I would say what I am looking for is a group of like minded individuals who come together regularly to train and support each other in the event the need arises. Maybe setting up alternative comms links, have some agreed upon SOP's..... Our biggest challenge "on the right" is that we are largely disconnected and look to be left alone and live our lives. Meanwhile, our freedoms are being systematically stripped away. You know, "United we stand, divided we fall" and all that. |

Not too long ago I was invited to a meeting that was “definitely not a militia”. After asking how that meeting went it was definitely the exact kind of militia I don’t want to be a part of.

I actually met up with a group of the north Georgia III%ers when I first moved here. I didn’t know anyone at the time and really was just hoping maybe I’d find a couple people I’d hit it off with and find somewhere to go shoot, but no such luck. This was a few years ago now, and I don’t have anything bad to say about them but they just weren’t really my kind of crowd. If any of them were undercover agents, man, I would be shocked.

go to shooting events. make friends. do shooting/camping stuff together. not a militia, but its good to have friends that are of similiar mindset and capabilities.
come to a cola warrior. next one is April in Crawfordville. not a cult. not a militia. just like minded people who like to come compete, shoot guns, puke, and do cool shit at night. |

I think the instant you call/label it a "militia", you will have the attention of alphabet soup agencies.
There is nothing wrong with hitting the range with a bunch of guys to discuss politics and such though... but the problem still remains... who can you trust ? And what can be discussed without inadvertently/potentially incriminating yourself? |

I am willing to meetup with fellow arfcommers. With all the shit going on nowadays it doesn't hurt to have a network of likeminded individuals in your area. That stigmatism of it being a militia etc.. is why our side has no organization.

Here is a workaround: Quoted:How to "hack" your windows computer to get to arfcom. Go to this file: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\HOSTS <-- it's a file with no extension It is a text file, but you have to drag drop into notepad. (Yes NOTEPAD, NOTHING ELSE.) At the top, the very absolute top; add blank lines. Save the file. If it bitches about saving, you have to mess with permissions. Stop here and find a site to learn to do this with better instructions. Look for "hosts file ad blocker" and use their instructions to be able to save the file, then restart below: In the blank lines, add this, exactly this: ar15.com 3.138.255.236 ar15.com 3.139.193.203 ar15.com 3.20.37.167 Save the file. This tells your computer where ar15.com is on the internet if the domain name is not working. You may need to verify permissions to read the file before it will work. You must repeat for all computers you want to use. If you use a phone, you're fucked. (Until someone comes along to provide instructions.) |
