Just seen the the governor signed HB2499, to eliminate sales tax on gun and ammo sales in WV.
Effective in 90 days.

I was rubbing this under the nose of my friend in Ohio. He used to be rabid about not paying sales tax on his purchase and would only buy online. He buys a lot of HIGH DOLLAR stuff so the tax would add up but he would pass up vapor ware to not pay sales tax.
